The next option is to fill out the online form, here. When you fill out the online form we will have enough information about your event that we can send you a personalized proposal created specifically for your event.
After the terms of the proposal are agreed upon, we will get started on planning your event. Our event staff will be in contact with you on all the items that are needed to take your event to the next level. Once we have more of the finer details, we’ll have our art department begin designing the complimentary custom logo for your event.

The Custom Design Process
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a form of garment printing in which plastisol-based inks are pressed through a screen onto a garment, leaving a layer of ink on top of the fabric. Screen printing is the most established and widely-used form of garment printing available.
Artwork Requirements
- All artwork submissions for screen printing must be .eps, .ai, or .pdf files.
- All graphics must be fully vectorized.
- All text must be outlined.
- If artwork does not fulfill the above requirements, there will be a tracing fee added to your order.
Embroidery
Embroidery is an excellent option for a long-lasting, professional look and feel. Unlike screen printing, embroidery machines have different colors on spindles, and the machine takes turns stitching each color as it is programmed to do. Another key difference is that cost is affected by how high your stitch count is—not by how many colors there are in your design.
Digitizing Requirements
- There is a one time $50 Digitizing fee to create an embroidery (.dst) file from your design.
- We keep this on file so that the next time you embroider, it will be ready to go.
- If you already have a compatible embroidery file, then our digitizing fee is waived.

Heat Press
A heat press is typically used to apply numbers and names to the backs of jerseys, or for low quantity orders. The process starts with a vector design that is converted to outlines. Then, we send the design to the vinyl cutter, where it is cut out of a solid sheet of vinyl.
This process is ideal for orders with many different designs because the setup is not as involved or time-consuming as screen printing.
Cut File Requirements
- Must be a vector.
- Must be converted to outlines.
- Two-color maximum.
