Orders and Payments

All orders must be approved before production begins. Payment terms will be outlined per order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving order details, artwork, quantities, sizes, colors, and any other production information before production begins.

SMS/Text Messaging

SMS consent is optional and is not required to place an order or use Match Play Ink’s services.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Match Play Ink, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your order, quote request, artwork approvals, pickup notifications, shipping updates, event merchandise, webstores, and customer service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at orders@matchplayink.com.

Privacy

Your use of Match Play Ink’s services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how SMS information is handled, how to opt out, and how to request deletion of your information.

Liability

Match Play Ink is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, shipping providers, weather, event changes, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
